A new approach to real estate.

For twenty years I’ve been working as an artist and investing in real estate in the Seattle area. I’ve bought, sold and remodeled homes. I’ve built DADUs (detached accessory dwelling units). I’ve set up short-term rentals in two states, and I’ve owned and managed long-term rentals.

I believe that exceptional knowledge of the local real estate market, including history and present challenges facing housing, should be a core skillset of any agent. As a proud polymath with a degree in mathematics, experience in the legal field and a successful career as a leathercraft artist, my approach to real estate goes beyond the transaction to a deep desire to understand the market itself as well as best practices for building, remodeling, investing, buying and selling real estate.

My role as your broker is not to sell you a home or to convince you to sell one you already have. Rather, my role is your trusted advisor, and this starts the moment we first meet. I believe in honesty and transparency with every part of the process, including an assessment of the market we are in (spoiler: it’s not always a great time to sell, or buy!). I will ask the questions and provide you with the information that you need in order to make the best decision for yourself, and your family.
