The Emerald City Gem is the previous studio for Moxie & Oliver, my leatherwork business and the decor was inspired by the time we spent in England when our daughter was young. Infused with cheerful colors, lots of florals, and overlooking a vegetable garden, the space delighted students and customers as the Moxie & Oliver studio, and guests as a short-term rental.

The Emerald City Gem is currently a long-term rental, though everything is subject to change.
